By accessing or using this service — whether as a guest interacting with an AI Concierge or as the host managing properties — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Darkom Conciergerie provides an AI-powered concierge experience for short-term rental guests. Guests access a property-specific concierge via a shareable link, where they can ask questions, get information about the property, and submit service requests. The host manages properties and the knowledge base through a private dashboard.

• The AI Concierge provides information based on content the host has added. Responses are generated by AI and may not always be accurate.
• Guests are responsible for verifying important information (such as check-in times and access codes) with the host directly.
• Service requests submitted through the concierge are forwarded to the host. Response times depend on the host.
• Guests must not attempt to misuse or abuse the concierge service.

• The host account is accessed via Google OAuth. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must be 18 years or older to manage an account.
• You are responsible for all content added to the platform, including property descriptions, knowledge base sections, and images.
• You must ensure content is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe third-party rights.

The host retains ownership of all content added to the platform. By uploading content, you grant the platform a license to store and process it solely to provide the AI Concierge service to guests.

The AI Concierge generates responses based on the host's knowledge base. Accuracy is not guaranteed. The host is responsible for reviewing knowledge base content and ensuring the AI provides appropriate information to guests.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this service is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
